I-Scan palmtop pressure distribution measurement system

I-Scan palmtop pressure distribution measurement system

I-Scan handheld pressure distribution sensor is a low-cost and very portable pressure measurement system. The system consists of a pocket PC (PDA) executing I-Scan operation software, a sense connection interface and a sense scanner, as well as a set of pressure sensing tablets. Not only can you use our patented and ultra-thin sensor to measure the pressure load between two contact surfaces, but also can directly capture and observe the pressure data on Pocket PC (PDA).

Detailed introduction

I-Scan handheld pressure distribution sensor can be used in almost all kinds of environments to measure the pressure distribution between surfaces. Its application scope includes

– assist the equipment engineer to calibrate the instrument.

– assist the field service personnel to install the printing machine table and printing wheel

– assist medical staff to monitor patient department stress during (or after) surgery

– assist clinicians to adjust the pressure of burn protective clothing

– assist surgeons in balancing implant pressure distribution during surgery

– assist the vehicle assembly personnel to adjust the closing pressure of doors and windows

Because the file format of I-Scan laptop / desktop system and PDA system can be fully compatible, users can send the data back to the company for more data analysis when they finish capturing the pressure data on site. The additional functions of I-Scan, such as sensor calibration and pressure data analysis, can also be processed on the I-Scan computer system.
